OLD style case Futaba SkySport 4 AM (T4VA),
OLD style case Futaba SkySport 4 FM (T4VF),
Futaba Attack 4 AM (T4VWD)
NEW case style SkySport 4 FM (T4YF)
 
It may fit others too.
