This is a raw aluminum engine plate for the HPI Savage.  It has not been anodized.
It is essentially the same design as the stock part, but much thicker and stronger. And better looking.  It is made of 7075 aluminum instead of that cheap junk HPI uses, and it is a whopping 10mm thick! 
This is as close to indestructible as you can get. 
 
This fits the HPI Savage, all versions.
